Policy

We want every customer of OV Glam & Kiddies Limited to be completely satisfied. This Return Policy sets out your rights and our obligations when things do not go as expected. Please read it carefully before placing an order or commissioning a design.

Section 1

What This Policy Covers

This Return Policy applies to all physical products and commissioned designs sold or produced by OV Glam & Kiddies Limited, including but not limited to bespoke cultural outfit designs, ready-made garments, and any other physical goods supplied directly by us or through our partner Vicky Baby Shop.

This policy does not apply to editorial content, digital products, or any services provided on a consultancy basis where the deliverable is advice rather than a physical item.


Section 2

Bespoke & Custom Orders

All bespoke and custom-made cultural outfits — including Agbada, Ankara, Aso-Ebi, and any other garment commissioned to your specific measurements, fabric choice, or design brief — are made to order and are therefore non-refundable and non-returnable unless:

The Item is Faulty

The garment has a genuine manufacturing defect, structural fault, or material failure that was not present in the approved fabric or sample.

Wrong Item Delivered

You received a garment that is materially different from what was agreed in your order — wrong fabric, wrong colour, or wrong design.

Significant Size Discrepancy

The finished item is significantly different from the agreed measurements provided at the time of order, outside normal tailoring tolerance of ±2cm.

Section 3

Ready-Made Items

For ready-made garments and products that are not bespoke commissions, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

Item is Unworn and Unwashed

The item must be in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

You Contact Us First

You must contact us on +234 81 0712 7312 or hello@olavick.com before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Proof of Purchase

You must provide proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or WhatsApp order record) when requesting a return.

Not Excluded Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons: underwear, swimwear, pierced jewellery, and any item that has been customised after delivery.


Section 4

How to Return an Item

Step 01 Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Call or WhatsApp +234 81 0712 7312 or email hello@olavick.com. Describe the issue clearly and include photos if possible.
Step 02 We will review your request and confirm whether the return is authorised. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted or refunded.
Step 03 Pack the item securely in its original packaging where possible. Include your name, order details, and reason for return inside the package.
Step 04 Send the item to our office address: No. 3, Iya Adura Street, Agbede, Old Jeba Road, Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Step 05 Once we receive and inspect the item, we will contact you within 3 business days to confirm the outcome — refund, exchange, or repair.
Section 5

Refunds & Exchanges

Where a return is authorised and the item is confirmed to be faulty, wrong, or significantly different from what was ordered, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

Repair or Alteration

For bespoke garments where a minor correction is sufficient, we will arrange for the item to be repaired or altered at no cost to you and returned within an agreed timeframe.

Exchange

Where an exchange is possible — for example, a wrong size on a ready-made item — we will send the correct item once the original has been returned and inspected.

Full or Partial Refund

Where repair or exchange is not possible, we will issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of confirming the return.

Section 6

Items We Cannot Accept Back

The following items and circumstances are excluded from this return policy and cannot be returned or refunded:

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns simply because you have changed your mind, particularly for bespoke commissioned pieces made to your specifications.

Items Returned After 7 Days

Any return request made more than 7 days after delivery will not be accepted unless the fault was concealed or could not reasonably have been discovered on delivery.

Worn, Washed, or Altered Items

Items that have been worn, washed, dry-cleaned, or altered by a third party after delivery cannot be returned.

Damage Caused by the Customer

Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or accident after delivery is not covered by this policy.

We take pride in every garment we produce. If something is not right, we will always do our best to make it right.
